The Six of Wands brings recognition and success in your profession.

A long-awaited victory may be coming your way: a promotion, an accepted offer, a winning bid, good news. What you have been quietly working on for a long time will now become visible.

This card is about visibility. Good work doesn't speak for itself – this is one of the most expensive misconceptions in professional life. You need to speak about it.

There is a crowd around the rider. This card also reminds you that success is never achieved alone. If you forget to thank those who helped you, next time you will be alone.

And the wreath will wither. Recognition is good, but it's not the foundation. The foundation is what you know.

Its shadow: belated recognition. When someone has been working well for years and no one notices – usually because they never spoke up.

The angels send this message: what you have done is seen. Do not diminish it.

If you have now received recognition, or if a long-standing effort has finally borne fruit, please do not say it was luck. It was not. Luck rarely returns to the same person for months on end.

Dare to show what you know. Many people do not advance because they work excellently, yet remain perfectly invisible. Good work does not speak for itself. Someone has to say it – and if no one else does, then you must.

But look back. On the card, there are five wands around the rider, and those belong to others. If you achieved it as a team, speak the names of others too. He who stands alone in the spotlight wins in the short term, but loses in the long term.

If you are currently applying for something or looking for a job, this period is favorable for you. You are seen now. Take advantage of it, even if it feels uncomfortable.

And build things that remain yours without applause: knowledge, connections, reserves. The wreath withers, these do not.

If the card appears in a reversed position: if your work is not recognized, if others reap what you have sown, if you feel it's in vain – do not despair, and do not start demanding more loudly. Write down for yourself what you have achieved in the past six months. This list will be the basis for you to be able to speak up next time.
