In financial matters, the Eight of Pentacles tells you that money isn't arriving here. It's being made.

Look at the image. Five finished coins on the pillar, one at their base, and one being carved. It wasn't found, wasn't won, wasn't received. It was made one by one.

This card is the card of consistency. The same movement, again and again: the same amount set aside every month, the same number of hours worked every week. It's not exciting. You can't post about it. But this is what works.

Talent is cheap, a great idea is also cheap. What's expensive is someone doing the same thing eight times.

The other message of the card: your best investment now is not a product, not a stock. It's your knowledge. That training, that profession, that skill for which you'll be paid better. This is the only investment that cannot be taken from you, and cannot depreciate – this card gives a clear yes in such cases.

But it has two shadows. One: you robotically toil away, and silently the quality deteriorates – in such cases, you don't need more work, but a break. A burnt-out master carves a worse coin than a beginner.

The other: you've been polishing the same thing for six months because you don't dare to release it. As long as you have it, it can still be perfect – and until you release it, you won't be paid for it.

He didn’t find them. He didn’t win them, didn’t receive them, they didn’t fall into his lap. He made all five of them, one by one.

This is your message today. This card is about consistency – the same movement, over and over again. The same amount set aside every month. The same number of hours worked every week. It’s not exciting, you can’t tell stories about it in company. But this is what truly works.
