In the workplace, the Queen of Pentacles is the one without whom everything would fall apart – and who is never promoted, precisely because everything would fall apart without her.

Look at the card. She isn't sitting in the throne room. She's outside, in the garden, among the flowers. This means her power doesn't come from her position. It comes from producing. From something growing around her. Someone who can bring life into being – from the earth, from a business, from a team – doesn't need a room.
