SEVEN OF WANDS – profesija
Pagrindinė reikšmė
Atvirkštinė reikšmė
Aprašymas
The Seven of Wands calls for standing your ground in your profession.
You are under pressure: competition, criticism, expectations, demands from multiple directions. This is exhausting – but on the card, you are on the high ground. This is no accident: you are being attacked because there's something to defend.
The card tells you: trust yourself. If you've endured this far, you have what it takes. Self-confidence doesn't come from things being easy – but from you already having proven yourself.
The single shoe is an important detail. You weren't prepared. No one is. A large part of professional resilience is improvisation – and that's okay.
But ask yourself: what are you defending? If it's a position that no longer nourishes you, then perhaps the fight isn't worth it. Not every hill is yours.
Its shadow: burnout. When someone has only been defending for years, and can no longer even remember when they last built something.
Žinutė
The angels send this message: you are on top. Your situation is better than you perceive it to be.
If you are currently working under pressure – competition, criticism, too many tasks, or a decision you need to defend – remember that your knowledge and experience are a greater advantage than you currently realize.
Maintain your stance if it is truly important. If you professionally believe something is good, do not give in just because it is uncomfortable to state. Resistance often does not mean you are wrong – often it means you are saying something important.
But choose your battles. Most workplace disputes are not worth the energy. Write down what you are arguing about now, and identify the one thing that truly matters. Let go of the rest. This is not cowardice, but managing your strength.
And do not try to appear prepared. The figure on the card rose in a hurry, one foot in a boot, the other in a shoe – yet he stands. You do not need to know everything to stand your ground.
If you are tired, it is not weakness, but a bill. Perseverance is not a matter of will, but of reserves. Rest where you can, because even the best cause can be lost when exhausted.
If the card appears in a reversed position: if you would give up, if you are burnt out, if you no longer remember why you started – do not make a decision now. Sleep on it, ask for help from someone who sees it from the outside. Exhaustion always makes the situation seem worse than it is.
