Opis

In finances, the Four of Pentacles is the most misunderstood card.

It is not about wealth. It is about clinging. And clinging does not depend on how much you have. This card often comes up for people who objectively have no problems: they have a job, they have savings, yet they live in fear every day.

Look at the figure's head in the image. Not only does it have a crown – it also has a coin that it is balancing. The money is in your head, not in your bank account. There, it might even be enough. You wake up with it in the morning, and you fall asleep with it at night.

Scarcity is not in the amount. It is in the mindset.

And don't judge yourself for it. This person is not greedy – they are afraid. There was a time when they truly had nothing: they had to count every piece of bread, or what was theirs was taken away. Their clinging is not a fault, but a memory. Only what saved them then is now hindering them.

In the Suit of Pentacles, the four is the point where there is something to lose for the first time. As long as you had nothing, you were brave. Now that you have four coins, you are afraid. You don't need more money. You need less fear.

Your thriftiness is a value. Your savings are a strength. No one wants to take this from you.

But what you hold onto rigidly cannot grow. The seed in your hand will not sprout – it needs to be put in the ground, where nothing is visible for a while. Money that sits in a drawer is worth less each year. Security also has a price, you just pay it more slowly.

Let go of something this week. Just a little bit. Just so your hand learns: it can open.

Poruka

You are not greedy. I want to say this first, because you might sometimes accuse yourself of it – or someone else might accuse you.

You are not greedy. You are afraid.

Look at the card. A person sits, a crown on their head, balancing a coin. They hold another one tightly to their chest with both arms. Two more are under their feet. They have everything – and cannot move.

That coin on their head is your message. The money is not in your bank account. It's in your head. There, it might even be enough – but you wake up to thoughts of it in the morning, and fall asleep to them at night. Because the scarcity is not in the amount. It's in the perspective.

And don't judge yourself for it. There was a time in your life when you truly had nothing. When you had to count every penny until the end of the month, or what was yours was taken away. Anyone who has experienced this once can never again be casual with what they have in their hands. Your tight grip is not a flaw. It's a memory.

Only what saved you then is now hindering you.

Your frugality is a virtue. Your reserve is strength. No one wants to take this from you, and you are not being asked to be irresponsible. You will never be.

They are asking for only one thing today. Let go of something this week. Just a little. Buy yourself something for which there is no rational reason. Give something to someone. Pay for something that brings joy, not profit.

Not to squander it. But so your hand can learn that it can open – and nothing bad will happen.

What you hold onto rigidly cannot grow. A seed in your clenched fist will not sprout.
