Opis

The Four of Cups in your career is the card of boredom and emptiness.

It's not about your job being bad. It's about something much more unpleasant: it's not bad, and yet you feel nothing. You have your salary, you have your colleagues, everything is fine – and every morning it's a little harder to go in.

This is the hardest professional state to pinpoint because there's nothing to point to. When you complain, people ask what's wrong, and you can't answer. But there is something wrong: you've become numb.

The three cups on the ground: everything you've achieved. The security, the knowledge, the place you fought for. You've gotten used to them, and that's why you don't see them. And yet, five years ago, this is exactly what you worked for.

The fourth cup from the cloud: an opportunity you don't notice. An inquiry you didn't respond to. A task you thought was boring at first glance. An offer you brushed aside because it didn't fit the picture.

The card asks: is it really boring, or are you just not paying attention?

But there's a more serious layer to it too. If the emptiness has lasted for months, if it's a real effort to get up in the mornings, if nothing interests you – that's not boredom. That's burnout, and we need to handle that differently. It doesn't require more willpower, but change or help.

Its shadow, which is actually good news: awakening. Suddenly, something will interest you again.

Poruka

Angels are sending you a message: look up.

If you feel like the days are just passing you by right now, honestly ask yourself: when was the last time you did something new in your work? Boredom is usually not a characteristic of work itself. It's a characteristic of repetition.

Notice what you have. Look back five years: how much more do you know now? Where were you then? You are probably in a place you would have given anything for back then. This doesn't mean you should stay – just that you should see clearly.

Reach for the fourth chalice. There's an opportunity you've dismissed. Look at it again. Not because it's guaranteed to be good – but because you can't choose with your eyes closed.

Say yes to something. A task, a conversation, a training. Not because it's guaranteed to be good. Because the act itself brings back interest, not the other way around.

And if your emptiness is deep: don't explain to yourself that you're just tired. Indifference that has lasted for months is not fatigue. Talk about it with someone, and see what needs to change.

If the card lands differently: you will awaken. Something will captivate you again. Be there when it comes.
